What we collect

- Site analytics: anonymized usage data to understand which content helps customers.
What we never do
- Sell or rent your data to third parties.
- Share your information except as needed to fulfill orders (carriers, payment processors, OEM license registration).
- Send marketing email without consent — every list email has a working unsubscribe.
Your rights
Request a copy, correction or deletion of your data any time via privacy@heavydutysolution.com. We respond within 30 days. License registrations made in your name with OEMs (required for genuine software) are subject to those OEMs' own privacy policies.
